Rik Nieuwdorp (b. 1997) is a graphic artist – painter, illustrator, graphic designer, and art director from the Netherlands. After having spent 7 years in Berlin, he currently resides in Amsterdam.

With a penchant for asking unanswerable questions and possessing a curious spirit, he attempts, in a unique visual way, to grasp the meaning of existence and make sense of it. The fascinating aspect of metaphysical issues, in his opinion, lies in the creativity one can apply to them. These issues invite exploration, speculation, and dreaming; no one can claim to have the answers with absolute certainty. In the empty space of possibility, he searches for and finds inspiration.
